Hi, my name is Ainsley, and welcome to Paws & Claws Majestic Concierge Service.

As someone who is truly passionate about animals, I take pride in providing reliable, high-quality care for your beloved companions while you are away from home, whether for a short trip or an extended stay. My goal is to ensure your pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for in your absence.

I care for a wide range of companions —whether they flutter, bark, meow or perhaps moo! (please note that unfortunately I don’t look after reptiles). Every pet is treated with the same love, attention, and respect they receive from their own family.

If you do not have pets, that is no problem. I also offer house sitting services, giving you peace of mind that your home will be safe, secure, and well looked after while you are away.

Our goal is to provide reliable, high-quality care and peace of mind while you are away.

  • To make a booking, simply complete our Booking Request Form, located in the Contact section of our website. Once we receive your enquiry, we will get back to you promptly to confirm your booking and discuss your requirements.

  • We understand that plans can change. In accordance with our terms and conditions, you may cancel your booking at any time without charge. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled commencement of the service will incur a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total booking amount. Please note that this cancellation fee does not apply to dog walking services.
